Terms & Conditions

  • All tubers will have at least one eye at the time of shipping. Some varieties take longer to "eye-up" than others so do not panic if you do not see an eye. We inspect every tuber carefully before shipping and will make a note on your invoice if you have received such a variety. In addition, some tubers may have begun to sprout at the eye(s) which can be torn off during shipping. Do no worry, a new sprout will grow in its place. Due to the uncertainty in dealing with a product of mother nature, we reserve the right to refund in the rare event of limited inventory availability.

  • We are not responsible for your tubers after they have shipped. Please understand we cannot take responsibility for grower errors, weather events in your particular hardiness zone, storage conditions, neglect, pest problems and failure to thrive. We promise your tuber will have at least one eye, anything beyond that is in your hands as the grower. Any tuber issues you may have must be reported via email to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Pictures must be included with a description of the issue. We cannot promise refunds and any issues after the first 24 hours will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
