Guarantee. Stone Bank Flower Co. offers a satisfaction guarantee to our products. In the event that a dahlia tuber you receive fails to sprout or is not the correct color/variety you ordered, please reach out to us on our contact page. We will respond asking for your order number, as well as a photo of the tuber/plant in question, and will take the necessary steps to correct the issue and ensure your satisfaction. This may involve a full refund or replacement of the tuber, if possible. Our ultimate aim is to provide you with a delightful experience.

Adding a tuber to you cart does NOT hold/reserve it. If a tuber is popular and sells out quickly, it will disappear from your cart. We do not have any control over this, so if there are any varieties you are particularly interested in, we suggest completing the checkout process quickly for that item, then going back and placing a second order for other varieties.

Substitutions. We respect your choices and preferences and will never make a substitution without your consent. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly notify you and provide you two options: a full refund or the possibility of substituting with a different variety of your choice. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you receive the product you desire.

We will combine orders! If you are placing multiple orders, and they are being delivered to the same address, please send us an email with all of your order numbers. We will review and adjust the shipping costs accordingly; refunding any excess shipping costs back to you.

Payment. Payments can be made directly through the website using a major credit card. Once you have placed an order, the sale is final, and we cannot accept any changes or additions. If you wish to order more tubers, you will need to place a new order. Please see below for information related to combing orders.

Sales Tax. Stone Bank Flower Co. is located in Wisconsin and is obligated to collect sales tax for products purchased on this website by Wisconsin residence only.

Shipping. We do NOT ship internationally. All tubers order will ship in April, after the risk of freezing has passed in your area. We take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered to you in excellent condition, and will keep you informed of the shipping status. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Costs. The cost for shipping tubers will be a flat cost of $12, no matter how many tubers are in the order.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. Errors in addresses will delay your tubers arriving to you, and may result in additional shipping fees.

Tuber Shipments. We plan to start mailing out tubers in the middle of April, but this is based on weather. We take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered to you in excellent condition, and will keep you informed of the shipping status. Once your tuber(s) have shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We ship orders via USPS.

Local Pick-up. New this year we will allow for local pick-up as an option. Starting early April, we will send out an email notification to those who selected local pick-up to arrange a pick-up time. By selecting “Local Pick-up” you are agreeing to pick-up your tubers, in person, at Stone Bank Flower Co, which is located at W335N8180 Stone Bank Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. Please do not try to pick up tubers prior to your set scheduled pick-up time.
