Move DAHLIAaddict to a new web host. This will allow us to have more control over system resources and installed software. The site will be more responsive and we'll be able to keep the server and backend software more up to date. In the future we'll also be taking advantage of some additional performance enhancing technologies that weren't possible on the shared web hosting we've been using up until now.
